With five properties across Western Australia, the Seashells Group came to GuestTraction to develop an app (iOS & Android) to digitize each of their properties in-room compendiums and offer a centralized Loyalty Program.
The Seashells Loyalty Program is simple to use and very rewarding. Use the Seashells app to track your stays at any of our Seashells properties, and the front desk can log each night for you. When you've reached ten nights in total, head office will email/send you a $200 gift voucher* for your next stay at any Seashells property!
In addition to the Loyalty Program, the app provides individual property recommendations to:
· Local restaurants and bars
· Local attractions
· Local tours and services
· Property direct-dial phone number
· Property email contact
· Appropriate Map/Directions to each of the property partners' locations.
